# (HAPPY) SMS In Het Contact Center

Elke organisatie maakt regelmatig afspraken met haar klanten. Het versturen van bijvoorbeeld een afspraakbevestiging per e-mail is gedateerd en daarnaast minder effectief dan wanneer uw klanten een bevestiging ontvangen via een SMS-bericht. Zichtbaarheid is namelijk vele malen hoger wanneer u SMS inzet. E-mail berichten stranden vaak in spam of ongewenste e-mail folders, waardoor afspraken niet worden opgevolgd of zelfs gemist.
